Experience

Experienced operational, financial and legal executive with a diverse background as a Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel at companies ranging from pre-launch to exit, including iCapital (an alternative investment platform that manages $250B of private investments), Starship (a fintech company that was acquired by UnitedHealthcare in 2022), Syncracy (a top performing digital asset hedge fund) and Powder Mountain (a real estate dev & resort community acquired by Reed Hastings in 2022).Prior experience also includes four years of experience as a corporate attorney at each of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher (a top 10 international law firm) and Och-Ziff (at the time, a leading global multi-strategy alternative asset management firm).
